1. Write a paragraph to answer an astronomy question. (due at end of period or tomorrow).
A) Choose topic.
B) Brainstorm ideas
C) Make point form notes.
D) i) Begin the paragraph with some of the words from the question. Ex:
Q: Are other planets suitable for human life?
A: I don't believe that any other planets are suitable for human life because...
ii) Link sentence by including part of the idea from sentence. Continue with each successive sentence.
E) Proof read your paragraph for spelling, grammar, etc.
F) With a partner, proofread each others paragraph.
G) Write out a good copy.
