SNC 2D - Short Class (Awards Assembly)
1. Lesson/Note/Demos: Making Acids and Bases using Oxides. Make sure p. 307 #1-4 is done for tomorrow.
Chemistry Unit Test will be on Thursday October 23rd.
SNC 3M
1. Continue working on textbook work (due tomorrow).
2. Viewing hair under the microscope. Make a permanent slide using clear nail polish and a cover slip. Try to "capture" your magnified image on the computer.
SNC 1P
1. Lesson/Take up homework (chart): Lewis-Dot diagrams, oxidation numbers, octet rule (atoms gain, lose, or share electrons to obtain a full outer shell/orbit).
2. Assigned work: Read p. 48-49, do p. 49 #1-5
