1. Lesson: Determining the FD (Field Diameter) or Field of View on the microscope. Plus: Using the FD to determine the width of a hair or fibre.
2. Make at least one permanent slide containing a clothing fibre. Label the material, size, and any other pertinent information. Try to capture the magnified image on the computer.
