3. Build "Astrolab" in class (1/2 protractor). Use this to measure the angle in the sky of an object twice in one day (one or more hours apart). Draw the object relative to some fixed object on the ground (ex: a tree). This assignment is due Friday. Objects you could view: The big dipper, little dipper, Venus, Jupiter, the Moon, etc. More details to come in class tomorrow on good objects to view.
